A law firm has lost its attempt to keep under wraps a suit charging it accepted payments from its clients’ employer in return for keeping their discrimination claims out of court.
Last week, U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Falk in Newark, N.J., denied motions by the firm, Leeds Morelli & Brown of Carle Place, N.Y., and co-defendant Nextel Communications of Reston, Va., to keep the case under seal.
