Sufficient evidence existed to find a lack of willful misconduct by former employee where he voted himself as a write-in as a joke and reasonably but mistakenly believed he was not required by petitioner's code of conduct to report his election. Order of the Unemployment Compensation Appeal Board affirmed.

Plaintiff was not entitled to preliminary injunction where it was unlikely to prevail in copyright infringement claim as republishing technical standards incorporated by reference into state and local laws constituted fair use. Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction denied.

Plaintiff appealed the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants in his New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act and New Jersey Civil Rights Act action claiming retaliation.

The court denied defendants' motions for post-trial relief and granted plaintiff's motion for delay damages of $44,000 following a jury trial award of $500,000 in compensatory damages and $3 million in punitive damages.
