Same-sex issues to be focus of bar program

On March 28, the Family Law Section of the State Bar is marking a first. Together with the Stonewall Bar Association of Georgia, the Family Law Section is sponsoring the first ICLE program in Georgia focused exclusively on issues for same-sex couples. While same-sex marriage may be a very long way off in Georgia, this does not mean that same-sex couples do not have family law issues.
