Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom attorneys say a recent hot streak in getting securities class actions dismissed shows off the firm’s cross-border capabilities.
The firm has represented defendants in six total securities actions that were dismissed between Sept. 25 and Sept. 30, a run those who worked on the cases said may be a record for the firm in a five-day window. Five of those actions, two of which were combined, involved defendant companies based outside the United States.
