The purchaser representative in the transaction that took a Donald Trump-backed media company public claims in a newly filed lawsuit that information it’s entitled to has been withheld postmerger.

Morrison & Foerster filed the complaint on Monday in the New York Supreme Court’s commercial division on behalf of RejuveTotal, the purchaser representative in the deal that closed in March. Named as defendants in the breach-of-contract case are Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., the company that operates Truth Social, and its chief financial officer, Phillip Juhan.
