Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg announced that attorneys Richard M. Beck and Caixia Su were recently invited as special guests to speak at a U.S.-China Legal Community Dialogue on the topic of Delaware Law.
Beck and Su both work in the firm’s Wilmington office. Beck, a partner in the litigation department and bankruptcy and restructuring department, and Su, an associate in the litigation department, attended as specialists in the area of Delaware Law and presented on the state of Delaware’s judicial system and entity formation process.
