The luxury building, renting space as high as $200 per square feet, announced it was 100% leased in 2022 after Kirkland & Ellis snatched the last office space, joining companies like Microsoft and Citadel. But after missing its expected opening in 2022, Winston & Strawn joined venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz and investment advisor Rothschild & Co in pulling their leases.
