After being refused permission to use imagery from the film “Blade Runner 2049,” Tesla, Elon Musk and Warner Bros. Discovery allegedly made an artificial intelligence-generated replica scene for an event promoting new self-driving taxis, according to a lawsuit by the film’s producer.

The complaint filed Monday by Alcon Entertainment accuses Musk and the two companies of copyright infringement and false endorsement by using imagery that suggested Tesla’s new autonomous Cybercabs had a partnership with the science fiction franchise.
