Hunter Biden has leveled a new lawsuit against Fox Corp. over a fictionalized mock trial series—this time naming the company’s former Chief Legal and Policy Officer as a defendant.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Manhattan state court, alleges that Viet Dinh knew or should have known that publication of leaked nude photos of Biden in the mockumentary series was in violation of New York State’s revenge porn laws.
