Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom is closing its Shanghai office and laying off lawyers in its corporate practice in China.
In Shanghai, Skadden lists 19 lawyers including two partners Haiping Li and Yuting Wu. Two of its 19 lawyers including Li are also listed as being based in Hong Kong. Li will remain in Hong Kong.
