Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner H.T. Flanagan of New York has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner in the debt finance group in Dallas and New York.

With the move to Kirkland, Flanagan joins a leading debt finance practice that, according to Kirkland, is the largest in the world, with more than 500 private equity clients. Earlier this year, Kirkland combined its debt finance and structured finance teams into a single group to take advantage of client demand for firms with expertise across that broad practice.
