    Insurer appealed magistrate judge's refusal to mold jury's automobile accident verdict to the $300,000 in UIM coverage in the policy and court found plaintiff validly selected lower UIM coverage in the application and the writing requirement in §1734 of the motor vehicle financial responsibility law did not impose a more onerous standard. Reversed.
