Less than three months after the Biden Administration announced a program to provide legal status for undocumented spouses and step children of U.S. Citizens, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton killed it.
On Friday, Paxton boasted of securing the federal court order that would have helped an estimated 1.3 million aliens, of which more than 200,000 live in Texas, apply for permanent residency.
