Professional Biography

Ben has over 30 years’ experience in the UHNW sector and is responsible for an array of key client relationships spanning both Private Wealth and Family Office. Ben has worked with complex and contentious structures for UHNWIs, their families and institutions based in multiple jurisdictions. Ben has built a strong reputation in effectively managing challenging contentious family relationships. Ben joined the Group as a Director in 2008 and was appointed Managing Director of the Jersey business from 2013 until 2022. Ben has now returned to focusing on client work, a real personal passion of his. A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Ben also brings into play his prior experience working in treasury and finance in support of the structures he oversees.

Question : What drew you to specialise in private client law/ wealth advisory?

Answer: An interest in people and culture, as a natural problem solver I have an inbuilt desire to facilitate resolutions.
