Professional Biography

Carmen Cheng has experience in both contentious and non-contentious private client matters. She advises on all aspects of family law including ancillary relief proceedings, custody and access of children, relocation and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She also regularly assists clients with wealth and succession planning matters, including establishment of trusts, drafting of Wills for clients with assets in multi-jurisdictions, probate applications for Hong Kong and overseas estates as well as mental incapacity applications.

What is your favorite restaurant to take a client or colleague to?

A bowl of soupy hot noodles, either at a local Chinese hole in the wall or a Vietnamese restaurant for pho.
