Professional Biography
Specialist Family lawyer with over 30 years' experience in all aspects of family law - including finances and children, often HNW and with international dimension. Clare is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. As Head of a National team, cases can be undertaken across England, Wales and Scotland. Clare has experience of cases up to and including in the Court of Appeal, is a very experienced and strategic litigator but also a trained collaborative lawyer where out of court dispute resolution is preferred. Clare is known for her supportive and discrete approach to cases, often acting for high profile clients, entrepreneurs, sportsmen and women and families looking to protect their wealth by way of Pre- or Post-Nuptial Agreements both here and overseas.

Answer: A real desire to help change the lives of clients when facing relationship breakdown or navigating life's ups and downs.

Answer: Non-court dispute resolution and high-quality, cost-effective advice whenever, and however, works for a client.
