Constance counsels individuals, families, trustees and family offices on wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, wealth preservation and charitable planning. As part of the wealth planning process, Constance regularly advises on income tax planning for individuals, estate, trusts and business entities. She is also experienced in estate and trust administration and probate.
Question : What drew you to specialise in private client law/ wealth advisory?
Answer: I have always been interested in legacy planning and preserving assets, such as the farm which has been in our family for over 170 years.
