The main focus of my work involves contentious issues arising out of the ownership of trophy assets, in particular classic and collector cars, yachts and jets. I advise high net worth individuals, families and family offices within and outside the UK in relation to the purchase, ownership and disposal of trophy assets, and the myriad issues that can arise. As part of Taylor Wessing's Private Wealth team I can call upon colleagues across the globe to offer a holistic suite of legal services covering the personal and business needs of the UHNW community.
