I specialise in private wealth disputes concerning trusts, probate and capacity issues (the latter frequently being dealt with in the Court of Protection). Much of the work I do is international in nature, frequently involving offshore jurisdictions and conflicts of private international law.

Trustees being increasingly inclined to stress test their structures in order to determine whether, particularly whilst the settlor is still alive and has capacity, any action can be taken to mitigate the prospect of successful attacks.
