Professional Biography

Emma is the only dual qualified Jersey and English Advocate in the London market. She heads the contentious trusts team in Taylor Wessing. She is one of the most experienced trust lawyers, having dealt with major fraud and trusts litigation such as the Madoff case, the recovery of funds for the Government of Brazil from Paulo Maluf and most recently before the UK Supreme Court in the precedent setting case of Re Z (the first ever insolvent trust case). Emma represents UHNW individuals and families as well as trustees.
