Emma has over 20 years of experience providing private client services to global ultra-high net worth families and family offices. She specializes in the administration of complex international trust structures. She has experience managing effective family succession planning solutions across multiple jurisdictions. Emma began her career in trust administration in 2002 at Deloitte, Cayman. She has worked closely with multi-generational families and their advisors. She understands the importance of developing and maintaining relationships while assisting succession planning in line with the changing needs of each family and their evolving circumstances. She has practical expertise in the use of Private Trust Companies, STAR Trusts and discretionary trusts. Emma has an LLB in Law and Accounting from Queen’s University of Belfast and holds an FCCA and a TEP designation. She is the Deputy Chair of the Cayman Islands’ branch of STEP, a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants, and 100 Women in Finance.
