Fabrice Varandas joined Baker McKenzie in 2007. He has expertise in real estate law (including real estate acquisitions, leases and specific regulations), construction law, corporate law and financing. Fabrice regularly advises French and foreign investors our real estate corporate transactions buildings and real estate portfolios and advises users in the scope of their setting up in France.
