Professional Biography

I have specialised in forensic accounting for over 20 years with a particular focus on financial remedies for divorce proceedings, probate disputes and contentious trust matters. I have valued companies across the UK, in offshore jurisdictions and worldwide. I have provided expert accountancy evidence in the High Court for both family and civil proceedings, at Arbitration hearings and assisted in Mediations. I am regularly instructed by leading matrimonial and private client dispute lawyers to provide expert reports on behalf of an individual party or as a Single Joint Expert. Alternatively, I can be engaged as a shadow expert, to provide assistance with understanding the financial position presented or valuations prepared by others, to draft requests for additional explanations or answer any questions that might arise.
