Professional Biography

Fiona regularly advises on estate planning, Will, and trusts, probate application (both contentious and non-contentious). Her clients include HNWI, charitable organisation and professional trustees. She has considerable experience in advising cross-border estate administration for both Hong Kong and international clients and works as court appointed estate administrator. Fiona also assists clients in preparing enduring powers of attorney and in proceedings relating to mentally incapacitated persons, appointment of committee and management of the financial affairs of mentally incapacitated persons.
