Professional Biography
I am a partner and solicitor advocate in Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution team based in London. I specialise in complex international trust and wealth management related litigation, in which I act for trustees, UNHW beneficiaries, protectors and interested third parties. I am very familiar with all the major offshore jurisdictions, and am described by Legal 500 as: "highly impressive and extremely adept at steering trustees through rocky waters in the most complex of cases" and "incredibly bright and [have] a wonderful way with clients”.
Question : For lawyers entering private client law, what are key skills you think are essential?
Answer: Building excellent relationships with peers, clients and senior colleagues from the earliest part of their careers - this is the real key to a successful career in private client law, and is also part of what makes it such an enjoyable career.
Question : Where is your favourite place to take a peer for a cocktail or coffee?
