I specialise in complex litigation relating to trusts and estates, often with an offshore element. I am dual-qualified in England and Wales as well as California. I have experience with cases involving the UK, US, Bermuda, Channel Islands, Cayman Islands, BVI and Hong Kong, among other jurisdictions. I am equally at ease dealing with purely domestic matters.
