Professional Biography

Georgia Angus is a partner at Morris, a boutique private client firm specialising in trust, estate and family disputes. She has extensive experience acting for trustees, high net worth individuals and charities. Georgia has appeared in the New Zealand District Court, Family Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and represented clients at numerous mediations. She has worked on high-profile contentious trust matters in the England and Wales Court of Appeal as well as numerous offshore jurisdictions, including The Bahamas, Bermuda, the BVI and Jersey. Georgia has been published in the New Zealand Law Journal and the STEP Trust Quarterly Review on the role of charities in estate disputes and seeking information from trustees. She is a full member of STEP (TEP).
