Ingmar Snijders, partner of Bratschi AG since 2009 has high expertise on trusts and foundations, estate planning and structured assets. Ingmar Snijders works with all major banks in Switzerland especially in Zurich and Geneva. Ingmar Snijders also works with banks in Hong Kong, Singapore, Monaco, Romania, Liechtenstein, UK, which countries Ingmar visits regularly to meet clients, service providers and local bankers. Snijders’ clients are among others internationally active and semi-retired entrepreneurs, international commodity traders (e.g. phosphor, oil products, as well as major ship owners, both cargo vessels & luxury yachts). Ingmar assists private clients in complex estate and succession planning including the use of foundations, trusts, pre/post-nuptial agreements and wills as well as in related disputes. Ingmar Snijders acts as director, foundation members as well as trustees or protector of numerous companies, foundations and trusts. Ingmar Snijders is foundation members of several charitable Foundations. Renowned for private client business since the founding of one of the parties to the merger which created our firm in 2008, dating back to 1938 we have today International clientele up to the third generation. The lion parts of the clients are situated in UK (domiciled and resident non-domiciled persons), Israel, Turkey & Bulgaria, Scandinavia and in general clients relocated to Switzerland (with or without our help). Next to mostly Sweden, Iceland (since Ingmar Snijders is the Honorary Consul General of Iceland for the Swiss German & Italian spoken part of Switzerland.

Answer: Love (my swiss wife) , Life (moving from the Netehrlands to Switzerland with my wife in 2002) & Fate (starting @ Bratschi in 2002)

Answer: The interest of wealthy people moving to Switzerland, especially people coming from (Eastern) Europe and new! from UK & Norway stays at a high level. We assist clients as a one point of entry on all levels to ensure a smooth & efficient start in Switzerla
