I am an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey, an English solicitor (non-practising), and a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (non-practising). With over 25 years of experience in handling complex commercial disputes, I have developed a broad practice spanning Jersey and other offshore/international jurisdictions. My areas of expertise include asset recovery, trust and estate disputes, shareholder and corporate conflicts, and cases involving the restraint of improperly obtained information. I represent ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), financial institutions, law firms, executors, settlors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Additionally, I have acted as an expert witness and regularly appear before Jersey's senior courts.
