James is a Senior Associate in the Private Wealth Disputes team at Boodle Hatfield. James' work encompasses dispute resolution, strategic advice and restructuring in relation to legal and commercial challenges faced by high net worth individuals, trusts and corporate structures. A significant proportion of James’ work relates to international matters with little (or no) connection with the UK.
