Jean-Charles S. GARDETTO was admitted in Monaco in 1988, and is the founder of the Gardetto Law Offices. He was the President of the Monaco Bar. Jean-Charles practices family law (matrimonial, estates, child custody, child abuse, protection of vulnerable adults), immigration law, international private law, business law, and white collar crime. His clients include HNWI and Multinational companies. His practice has a strong international dimension. It includes litigation and advisory work. He also assists clients wishing to settle in Monaco. He holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School and a DESS from the University of Aix-Marseille III. He was the Chairman of the External Relations Committee of the Monaco Parliament, (2003-2013) and the Vice-President of the Council of Europe and OSCE Parliamentary Assemblies.
