Jean-Charles S. GARDETTO was admitted in Monaco in 1988, and is the founder of the Gardetto Law Offices. He was the President of the Monaco Bar. He holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School and a DESS from the University of Aix-Marseille III. He was the Chairman of the External Relations Committee of the Monaco Parliament, (2003-2013) and the Vice-President of the Council of Europe and OSCE Parliamentary Assemblies. He is also a TEP and a member of the IAFL and TIAETL. As the Managing Director at GARDETTO LAW OFFICES, Jean-Charles has been leading a highly skilled and professional team for over 35 years. The firm offers its clients, both Monegasque and foreign nationals, a comprehensive range of legal services, covering both litigation and advisory work, and resolving the most complex situations. With a strong international dimension, the firm handles cross-border disputes and international projects. Its network of overseas correspondents enables it to deal effectively with every aspect of the cases it takes on. It is regularly involved in family law litigation, including matrimonial law, estates, child custody, child abuse, protection of vulnerable adults, and assists clients with pre and post nuptial agreements, and the planning of their estates. It helps clients wishing to relocate to the Principality of Monaco.
