Jennifer joined Macfarlanes as a trainee in September 2003, qualifying in September 2005. She has been a partner since 2014, specialising in cross border tax, succession and estate planning with a particular focus on the US, France and Latin America. Jennifer advises individuals, trustees and investment managers in relation to the tax treatment of complex structures and investment products. She has extensive experience on advising in relation to family office structuring for both UK resident and non-UK resident families.
