Professional Biography
Jordan regularly advises corporate and individual clients, fiduciaries and leading onshore lawyers on a wide range of contentious issues. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, insolvency, trust, fund disputes and financial service claims which often contain elements of fraud and breach of duty. He is also part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Trust Advisory Group which advises leading fiduciaries, trust office holders and high net worth individuals on contentious and non-contentious private client issues. In 2022 Jordan was named "Lawyer of the Year" at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards (Associate - IFC) following an adjudication process conducted by leading individuals in the private wealth industry. Jordan was also recommended as a key lawyer in Ogier's trusts and private client team by the Legal 500 Caribbean Guide, 2025.
