Judith is a partner in the Private Wealth team at Broadfield Law UK LLP (formerly BDB Pitmans LLP). She specialises in UK and international trusts and estate planning, advising both trustees and beneficiaries. Her clients include a number of families with substantial UK and non-UK trust interests, and she advises on ways in which these can be restructured in order to meet the needs of different generations and on the implications of changes in tax treatment. She also has considerable experience in advising executors and trustees in complex family situations. Judith also acts for non-UK domiciled individuals who may be UK resident, or else thinking of coming to or leaving the UK, and who require advice on domicile and residence issues. Working in tandem with foreign lawyers, she also advises on cross-border succession for clients who have connections with multiple jurisdictions.
