Professional Biography
Having trained in London’s West End under the tutelage of the redoubtable Anne-Marie Hutchinson QC OBE, Louise has specialised in family law for the whole of her 32-year career. After leaving London, Louise was the founding member of Tier 1 Irwin Mitchell’s family team in Leeds where she gained a strong reputation for handling HNW cases of significant complexity, frequently acting for high profile sportsmen and women, broadcasters, and families with generational wealth and trust assets. Louise is noted for her commercial strengths and her ability to seek creative solutions in the most difficult of cases. During her 26 years in Yorkshire, Louise was ranked routinely in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. Having moved back to London, Louise joined the team at Camilla Baldwin as a Partner in August 2023.
