Marcus is a partner in the Trust and Probate Disputes Team and has more than 25 years’ experience as both an English lawyer and as a Cayman-based professional trustee (where he lived for 8 years). His practice involves managing complex and high value global disputes involving wealthy international families and their associated structures. Marcus has also developed the concept of "stress testing trusts" which involves a detailed examination of new and existing structures to make sure they can withstand and resist potential future disputes.

Answer: I find family wealth and the ensuing pitfalls and problems fascinating.
