I have been working with Latin American clients since 2011, both Corporate and Private clients with cross-border transactions and structuring. I started my career as a Tax Consultant in Germany with a global leader in Assurance, Tax, Transaction and Advisory services. In 2011, I worked for a Corporate and Fiduciary service provider in Luxembourg and Zürich, before joining another international Corporate and Fiduciary service provider in Geneva in 2016 as Director for Latin America. It was in July 2019 when I took on the role of Managing Director for Switzerland, overseeing all the local offices. In November 2024 I joined Magnolia as Managing Director. Magnolia is a fully licensed boutique Swiss trustee and company administration focusing on wealth structuring and estate planning for individuals and their families. I have experience managing companies and establishing corporate and private international structures, always working in close collaboration with legal and tax advisers. I am a Spanish qualified lawyer and a member of the Spanish Bar. My background is in Law, and I hold two Master degrees in Law and Foreign Trade Law.
