Marta Cenini is of counsel at Maisto and Associati and professor of law at the University of Insubria. She is an expert in the field of succession and estate planning, having advised several families and HNWI regarding their domestic and cross-border planning. Her expertise includes trust and fiduciary law, succession law, family law, international private law, charity law. She is also an expert in art law, with reference to national and international circulation of cultural goods, importation and exportation, vehicles for preserving art collections, succession planning of art and cultural goods. She is TEP and member of the advisory board of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), full member of the main academic associations of civil law professors and of the Academia Internacional Derecho de Sucesiones.
