Maryam advises on a broad spectrum of matters for high-net-worth individuals, trustees and professionals. Maryam acts for UK and international clients on matters litigated in both UK and foreign courts. Her practice covers a wide variety of disputes including claims for breach of trust, dishonest assistance, trustee removals, validity challenges, issues relating to mental capacity and charity law. Maryam has a particular interest in disputes with elements of fraud, insolvency and asset tracing and has extensive experience of dealing with these type of matters. She also works closely with her private client colleagues in an advisory capacity on a variety of matters including sanctions, trust structuring and family governance.
