Paul is Mourant's Hong Kong and Asia managing partner as well as the practice leader of the Asia corporate and investment funds team. He has over 24 years of offshore experience and has been a partner for over 16 years, including 11 years as managing partner of the Hong Kong office. He was one of the founding partners of the Hong Kong office and has been the driving force in the firm's success as the fastest growing offshore law firm in Asia. Paul advises on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, joint ventures and the restructuring of companies and structures.
