Professional Biography

Paula is dual qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey. She is also qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. With significant experience gained in England, Scotland and Guernsey, Paula specialises in advising trustees, beneficiaries and trust officials in relation to a wide range of trust and foundation-related matters. Paula also provides advice in relation to corporate vehicles within trust structures.
