Raphael was admitted as a solicitor in 2016. Prior to joining Hugill & Ip in 2020, he had over 6 years of solid training and practice in a specialized and renowned family law firm in Hong Kong. He has wide exposure to different areas of matrimonial and family law including divorce, pre & post nuptial agreements, deeds of separation, judgements summons, relocation, custody, guardianship and adoption. He also has experience in preparing Wills and Trust deeds. He advises families of all backgrounds with regards to matrimonial and family law.
