Family Governance and Business
Rishabh is the Co-Head of the Private Client team, and the Head of International Business at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s largest and leading law firm. He specialises in all aspects of family governance, including family constitutions and settlements, trusts, wills and succession planning. He provides succession, taxation, estate and wealth planning advice to wealthy individuals and their families, who are often promoters of large family businesses or Unicorn founders. He also advises family offices on all aspects. He is a passionate advocate for women’s succession rights in India. Rishabh recently was ranked in the Economic Times’s prestigious 40 under 40 list for 2021, as well as Fortune Magazine’s 40 under 40 list for 2023. Rishabh writes extensively, and is a Regular columnist in the Mint Newspaper, writing on personal finance, succession and estate planning. Rishabh is an active philanthropist, and is on the Advisory Board of WWF India.
