Robert Ham has practised in the field of trusts and estates since the 1970s. He has appeared in trust cases all over the world including the Bahamas, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the Isle of Man and Malaysia and has acted as an expert witness in Canada, Russia, Switzerland and the United States as well as advising on trusts in all the best-known off-shore centres.
