Ruth acts in some of the most complex disputes concerning high net worth individuals in the Court of Protection and under the inherent jurisdiction. As well as property and affairs, Ruth undertakes cases with welfare elements. She is frequently instructed by the OS on statutory will and gift claims. She has acted as advocate to the Court.
