Sonia Velasco’s cross-border practice involves advising private clients/family offices in their investments, including investments in private equity, venture capital, start ups, estate planning, family governance and relocations in and out of Spain. She also advices clients in executive compensation and pension plans. She is well versed in vehicles such as trusts, which do not have a precise counterpart in Spanish law.
