Professional Biography
Following graduation from Oxford University with an MA in Jurisprudence, Stuart had a highly successful 18 year career in advertising working on many major brands and winning several awards. He left advertising after qualifying as a barrister and practised for nearly 10 years at Pump Court Chambers in the Temple. During this time he represented clients in a wide range of matters from Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Matrimonial Finance, Inheritance Disputes, and Contract/Commercial disputes, appearing in the Crown Court, Companies Court, High Court and the Court of Appeal. Stuart left the Bar in 2013 and joined Bell Pottinger where he combined his communications and legal skills to pioneer a new service that has benefited a wide range of clients from sovereign entities to UHNWs - strategic communications for litigation and disputes. Stuart Leach Associates was set up in 2022 to deliver top class reputation advice, effective communications, and access to multi-disciplinary teams.
