Tina Wüstemann co-heads the private client team of Bär & Karrer. She advises Swiss and foreign private clients regarding complex estate and succession planning matters and represents clients in contentious trust and estate matters as well as the administration of large international estates. Tina serves as board member in several international charitable organizations and is as member of the advisory board of the Department of Economics, University of Zurich and of the board of the ETH Zurich Foundation. In Chambers and Partners HNW Guide 2024, Tina is listed in Tier 1 for Private Wealth Law and Legal 500 names Tina for the last ten years as leading individual in Private Clients in Switzerland (Hall of Fame). She is listed by Who's Who Legal as Though Leader/Private Clients Switzerland (2024) and has been awarded as Private Client Lawyer of the Year 2023 (global) and Lawyer of the Year 2019 (Switzerland). The STEP Private Clients Awards recognized Tina 2022 as "Trusted Advisor of the Year". She won the Europe Women in Business Law Award 2022 as 'Best in trusts & estates', marking the sixth time she has received this recognition following 2021, 2020, 2019, 2017 and 2014.
