Focuses on private clients, wealth and estate planning for individuals, cross-border matters related to international families, tax planning, tax strategy, as well as the tax aspects of corporations, reorganizations, audits and settlement with tax authorities. With a holistic approach and assisted with a full-service legal team, covers any legal aspect related to families from the individual to their companies. I worked for the Mexican Tax Administration Service as Deputy Director of International Tax Rulings Department from 2000 to 2003, carried out an internship at Australian Taxation Institute (ATAX) in Sydney Australia, joining Basham in 2004, and was admitted to partnership in 2014. Graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Panamericana and an LL.M degree in Tax Law studies in the same university. I have a Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from The University of Manchester Business School, STEP and CLT International.

Answer: The interaction with families and their affairs. Having full-service legal capabilities, helping families in any legal needs has become a priority

Answer: Artificial Intelligence and minimum global wealth tax.
