Cancellation Policy
If a member can't attend an event more than two weeks in advance, their participation will be deferred to the same event next year, pending approval by the private client team. Alternatively, they can nominate a colleague to attend without any extra fees, subject to approval by the Private Client team.
If you cancel your reservation within two weeks of the event, you will lose your spot. However, you can send a colleague in your place at no extra charge, provided that you seek approval from the Private Client team. This offer also applies to those who cancel their reservation with longer notice.
